About the Opportunity :Thai Flight Training Company Limited (TFT) is a CAAT-approved Approved Training Organization dedicated to delivering aviation training of the highest professional standard. We are looking for a capable and dedicated individual to join our team as a
Senior Training Assistant.In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Training to plan, coordinate, and oversee all training activities, ensure full regulatory compliance with TCAR PEL, and provide direct supervision and guidance to the Training Assistant team. It is an excellent opportunity for someone with sound judgement, strong organizational ability, and a genuine commitment to professionalism in aviation training.
Key Responsibilities :- Plan, coordinate, and oversee training activities in close cooperation with the Head of Training

Maintain training records and documentation in full compliance with TCAR PEL requirements
- Supervise and support the Training Assistant team in day-to-day operations
- Liaise with instructors, trainees, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of training programs
Qualifications and Requirements :

| Bachelor’s degree in any field | Required |
| Degree in aviation, aviation management, or a related field | Advantage |
| Experience in administrative, scheduling, or coordination roles | Required |
| Prior experience within an aviation training environment | Advantage |
| Good command of English, both written and spoken | Required |
| Recognized English proficiency certificate (e.g. TOEIC, IELTS) | Advantage |
| Strong communication and interpersonal skills | Required |
| Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) | Required |
| Familiarity with aviation training records and regulatory documentation | Advantage |
| Knowledge of TCAR PEL requirements and CAAT processes | Advantage |
