1. Simulator and Equipment Maintenance Manager (SEMM)

Qualifications and Requirement
1. Hold a minimum level of Bachelor's degree from the university or the institute officially recognized by the Ministry of Education. Bachelor's degree in educational study or any related field is considered an advantage.
2. Experiences in operational jobs in aviation fields or pilot positions are considered advantages.
3. Experienced in Flight Operation Administration or Aviation Management.
4. Good command in English. Any evidence of English proficiency test is considered an advantage.
5. Communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Provide operational and technical support for aviation training activities and coordinate with relevant departments.
2. Maintain current knowledge of aviation regulations, flight procedures, and technical publications to support continuous operational improvement.
3. Liaise with internal teams, external organizations, and service providers on matters related to training support and aviation equipment.
4. Oversee the operation, maintenance, and serviceability of flight simulators, flight training devices, and other aviation training equipment to ensure safe and efficient training operations.
