Procurement of an Aviation Training
Management System (ATMs)
Thai Flight Training Co., Ltd. (TFT) hereby invites qualified software development companies and system integrators to submit proposals for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of a Web-based Aviation Training Management System (ATMs).
Project Overview
Thai Flight Training Co., Ltd. (TFT), a CAAT-Approved Training Organization (ATO), is seeking an integrated Aviation Training Management System to support its end-to-end training operations. The system will streamline training administration, course management, trainee enrolment, instructor management, scheduling, simulator resource allocation, assessment, certification, reporting, and regulatory record management in compliance with CAAT requirements.
Scope of Work
The proposed solution shall include, but not be limited to:
- Course and resource management
- Public course catalogue and online enrolment
- User authentication and role-based access control
- Attendance, examination, and performance management
- Offline simulator session recording
- Instructor qualification tracking
- Certificate generation and CAAT reporting
- Notification system
- Reporting, analytics, and management dashboards
- Trainee feedback and survey management
- Digital training manual library
- System administration and user management
The complete technical and functional requirements are specified in the Terms of Reference (TOR).
Eligible Bidders
Interested companies should:
- Be legally registered in Thailand.
- Have proven experience in developing enterprise web applications.
- Have successfully completed at least two comparable software development projects.
- Demonstrate the capability to provide implementation, testing, deployment, training, warranty, and post-implementation support.
